This letter went from my home address in Lancaster to the CPS office in Lancaster and the contents, being public interest, are published here. The illegal immunity on the reporting of my case overall is to protect the corrupt which this country is riddled with. The violations of human rights to freedom of speech are seen.

Dear Sirs
I called in at the end of May and spoke to a staff member.
I had been guided to the CPS in Lancaster by Carnforth police and a clerk at Lancaster Magistrates Court.
In my years of dealing with the local mafia, a.k.a. Lancashire County Council, corrupt police and the CPS in Preston and Manchester, I was never once alerted to your office in Lancaster.
The matter in question was regarding the police and interception of communications under the 1985 Act; witness intimidation, aggravated trespass, destruction of court records and serious criminal damage at least. The depriving me of access to the Magistrates Court in Lancaster by John Robinson, Anthony Egerton and more recently, Rachel Gough was only understood in the light of certain information. The information was that a corrupt cartel completely organised the crime in this area and then managed it being in positions of power to do that. The first information that I discovered with cogent evidence to discharge the burden of proof was that Ian Fisher, Head of Legal Services for Lancashire County Council controlled the police with his Freemason connections within the county across all different agencies.
Ian Fisher was forced to admit, under oath on 19th January 2005, that he did legally represent the police. Fisher then had a known perjurer and liar, Beverley Cullen write to me saying that the legal dept. of LCC would like to point out that they did not represent the police. The court records were altered to cover for Fisher and to suggest that I would have made his admission up. Witnesses and cogent evidence discharge my burden of proof.
Barrister for LCC, Tanya Veronica Griffiths, stated to the Bar Council in 2003 after I and 9 others complained about her yobbish, screeching behaviours in court and the fact that she presented 11 pages of her own perjured evidence as well as perjured testimonies and witness statements of LCC staff, that she had no affiliations with LCC as she had not previously worked for them (prior to the case in question). A local solicitor confirmed that Griffiths represented the police for claims against the police and had done for years. We know that Fisher employed her for those matters; she was thus proven to be a liar on yet another occasion.
Chris Trinick as Chief Executive of LCC oversees the magistrates court in Lancaster. He is Fisher's boss.
The police work with the CPS hence the requests for me to send evidence I had to Preston where Ian Rushton and Robert Marshall in their Freemason style passed it on to Fisher.
Fisher also buys my evidence from the persons who hand it to him after taking it from me by telling me that they will pursue LCC for serious crime involving corporate manslaughter with all as above and more.
PAYOLA is evidenced and some examples are: Detective Segeant Andrew Rigby of Greater Manchester Police with Brian Davies and a Sergeant Hines (Internal Affairs); a Fiona Woodward of the General Social Care Council and Roger Barham, Local Government Ombudsman's investigator in York. Tax-payers' monies are used illegally in that.
The corporate manslaughter happened when Paul Stephenson was Chief Constable of Lancashire.
Steve Finnegan claimed the post for himself to keep matters within the Freemasons here after Stephenson's promotion to the Met. who then had officers sent here to try and coax me into Lancaster police station where they planned to get me in a cell with intent to harm (you will find that that is also a criminal offence).
Stephenson was party to that corporate manslaughter. I couldn't understand why he wouldn't investigate properly the murder of Sheila Bridge. It was because his friends in LCC were responsible for that murder. The illegal land seizure which was at the root of all that evil (134 acres) had financial gain for the Freemasons in this area and the fact that those seizing the land didn't even own it speaks volumes of their thuggery and mafiosa style of working.

I enclose two pages (from 4) which show what I was referring to when I visited your offices in Lancaster. The witness intimidation was aggravated by racism which we all know is rife in this area.
That document will also be entered onto the web. Another entry to be added shows how an officer from Lancashire police was sent to Leeds police station (Holbeck) on 5th May 2006 to impersonate a Leeds pc, Claudine Binns. the impersonation was to try and take other evidence from me. Leeds naturally covered that impersonation up and pretended that the yob from Lancashire, unable to speak in words of more than one syllable and completely unable to string a sentence together, which made her an ideal candidate for Lancashire police if not, LCC, offered threats to member of my family if I didn't drop the case of organised crime. That was also witnessed and the witness will testify.
As the CPS clearly colludes with the police and threatens the rule of law in deaaling with court matters as they think suits themselves best and not in accordance with the law I will be giving copies of the two pages showing serious criminal damage etc to everbody in Lancaster Magistrates Court on charges of criminal damage fo0r comparatively paltry amounts. Solicitors will plead discrimination on behalf of their clients and show what the discrimination is. Yours faithfully Carol Woods
